Thank you for shopping with RB Oil Mills. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order. We are committed to delivering your pure, organic oils safely and promptly across India.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will be notified via email or WhatsApp if there is any delay.

2. Shipping Partners

We ship your orders through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery:

  • ST Courier
  • DTDC
  • RIVIGO

The courier partner will be selected based on your delivery location and availability of service.

3. Shipping & Estimated Delivery

We offer FREE delivery on all orders across India — no minimum order value required. All product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, remote locations, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

4. Delivery Area

We currently deliver across India. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or unserviceable pin codes. If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email with your tracking number and the courier partner details. You can use this tracking number on the respective carrier’s website to track your package in real time.

6. Damaged Products & Returns

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a product that is damaged in transit, please follow the steps below:

  • Take clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging immediately upon receipt.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] or WhatsApp us at +91 95666 28399.
  • Share the order details and photographs with our support team.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Important: We do not accept returns unless the product received is damaged or defective. All sales are final for products in good condition. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will initiate an investigation with the courier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

RB Oil Mills is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of placing the order. RB Oil Mills is not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Any re-shipping charges due to address errors will be borne by the customer.
