All payments on rboilmills.com are processed securely through Razorpay, a Reserve Bank of India (RBI) authorised Payment Aggregator and PCI DSS Level 1 certified platform. Your payment details are fully encrypted and never stored on our servers.

3. Currency

All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable GST.

4. Billing

Your billing name and address must match the details registered with your bank or payment provider. Full payment is required before your order is dispatched. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

5. Payment Failures

If your payment fails, please check with your bank or try an alternative payment method. In case money is deducted but order is not confirmed, it will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days by Razorpay.

6. Invoicing

A GST invoice will be sent to your registered email address after every successful order.
