Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At RB Oil Mills, we take pride in delivering premium quality organic cold-pressed oils directly to your doorstep. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Our Return Policy

We follow a strict no-return policy for food and edible oil products, in compliance with FSSAI regulations. However, we make an exception when a product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition. Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The product was delivered in a physically damaged condition (broken seal, leaking bottle, crushed packaging, or cracked container).
  • You report the damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • The item is in its original, unopened packaging (except where the damage itself caused the seal to break).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products with a broken seal (unless damaged in transit).
  • Products returned without prior approval from our team.
  • Products reported after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Orders where the delivery address provided by the customer was incorrect.

Since our products are edible food items (cold-pressed oils), we cannot accept returns based on personal preference, change of mind, or taste preference.

3. How to Report a Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Step 2: Email us at [email protected] or call (+91) 95666 28399.
  • Step 3: Share your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Step 4: Our team will verify and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

4. Refunds

Once a damage claim is verified and approved, we offer the following resolution:

  • A full replacement of the damaged product at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. RB Oil Mills will not be responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.

5. Courier & Shipping Partners

We ship all orders through our trusted courier partners:

  • ST Courier
  • DTDC
  • RIVIGO

If the product is damaged due to courier mishandling, please retain the original packaging and inform us immediately. We will take up the matter with the respective courier partner on your behalf.

6. Return Shipping

If a return is approved (for damaged products only), RB Oil Mills will bear the return shipping cost. We will provide you with a prepaid return label or arrange for a pickup through our courier partners. Do not ship the product back without prior authorization from our team — unauthorized returns will not be processed.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges at this time. In all eligible cases, we will either replace the exact product or issue a refund.
